Annie first practiced yoga while in college and fell in love with the intensity of the physical practice. Soon after, she found that yoga had given her so much more than just a workout. It has helped her to find acceptance of life’s imperfections and mindful awareness of its beauty. A graduate of Yoga Soul’s teacher training, Annie's teaching is powerful and fluid, guiding students to find their own strength and creating a playful environment of risk-taking and discovery. Annie is a fifth grade teacher who enjoys bringing her love of yoga and mindfulness to kids in her classroom as well as the studio.
