Cathy Quartner Bailey


Cathy Quartner Bailey, MBA, is an executive coach, workshop facilitator, and author of the book Show Up as Your Best Self: Mindful Leaders, Meditation, & More. She is passionate about meditation, yoga, and helping individuals incorporate practical mindfulness strategies into their busy lives. Cathy has a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, has studied meditation from teachers including Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Cory Muscara, and Josh Korda, and is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. This year, Cathy is excited to participate in Engaged Mindfulness Institute’s 300–hour teacher training program and share what she learns with the YogaSoul community.
