Freestyle Flow (hot) An innovative vinyasa flow class. Each practice has a unique and creative focus rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing. This class is invigorating and challenging and will open your body and sharpen mental focus. Class is heated to 90 degrees.
A mix of play and power. A mindful exploration of poses with alignment tips and variations for students of all levels. Poses are artfully linked creating a sequence that builds to a peak pose bringing a deeper understanding of the asana. For both new and experienced students.
In our Slow Flow classes, we ease the pace of our flow to marinate in each pose and each transition. This delicious pace allows you time to feel each breath intimately, refine your movements, and experience all the sensations of the practice. Multi-level and accessible, this class will build strength, fluidity, focus, and patience. Slow Flow offers a gift to every level of practitioner.

Gentle Flow + Yoga Nidra Yoga Nidra is a reclined guided meditation using sensory perception and visualizations. This systematic method leads to a state of complete relaxation– providing you with the opportunity to rebalance and restore on all levels. The class will begin with a brief gentle asana sequence to incorporate a flow of movement with breath to help release tension in the body.
A restful, therapeutic practice consisting of poses supported by props to allow for deep relaxation. A perfect antidote to your busy lives to help calm the nervous system and begin a process of healing.
Yang + Yin Pairing yang (active) and yin (cooling) poses creates a truly balanced and healing practice. Class will begin with an invigorating yet calming flow, followed by seated and reclined Yin Yoga postures that are held 3-5 minutes. You will be guided to use breath and, at times, mantra to encourage a meditative, non-reactive state of mind. The result is deep opening, increased flexibility, greater energy (chi) flow through the body, and an overall state of equilibrium and balance.
Yin A nourishing and meditative practice that targets joints and connective tissues, cultivates self-awareness, reduces stress, and improves energy flow. All poses are done on the floor and held 3-5 minutes. The extended holds combined with mindful breathing create deep physical and mental release. It’s an excellent compliment to an active yoga practice or exercise.
Chair Yoga This class is for all! A chair becomes a very useful prop in this practice, creating accessibility for students with varying levels of ability, range of motion, balance. Standing and seated postures, balances, backbends, and inversions are anchored or modified through the use of the chair. This practice builds strength as well as flexibility. Guided mediation and relaxation are incorporated into every practice to build a balanced and blissful experience!
Because we believe yoga should be accessible to all, we offer several $5 classes each week. This is a great way to try a new style, new teacher or simply make a sustainable yoga practice on a budget. Come join the fun!
