Jasmine began to practice yoga 11 years ago while pregnant with her third child. She continued to practice a slow meditative prenatal practice throughout her next two pregnancies, and eventually made her way back to her mat for a vinyasa style practice. She uses yoga and meditation to dive inward, and is continuously seeking that special place in between effort and ease - on and off of her mat. She enrolled in teacher training at Yoga Soul to deepen her practice, but found that she loves sharing her passion for yoga. Her classes focus on breath awareness and self love.
