Lindsay fell in love with yoga after experiencing the profound connection between breath and movement in a class at YogaSoul. Yoga has helped Lindsay find a deeper connection with herself and live more compassionately, a gift she hopes to share with her students. A graduate of YogaSoul’s teacher training, her energetic classes focus on breath and fluid transitions while staying fun and upbeat (there’s always music!). Expect to leave smiling and sweaty! Lindsay is also passionate about nutrition and public health. She just completed her master’s degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Delaware. She believes if you choose to see the world with love and compassion, then the world becomes a better place to be a part of!
