After many years as a swimmer and athlete, Lisa found yoga as a challenging and invigorating way to stay in shape. After a few months of practicing power yoga, she saw a positive change in her life that inspired a passion and love for the breath and flow of the vinyasa practice. The practice of yoga spills over into her life as a wife and mom to three wonderful kids as she strives to find balance in this busy world. As a teacher, she provides a passion for the spiritual connection, strength and clarity that yoga has to offer each person. Lisa loves the individuality of yoga and her class will meet you where you are and take you where you want to go with positive energy, breath and flow.
