meghan Henry MacLeod


Meghan began her yoga journey in college as a part of the weekly training schedule with her crew team.  Meghan loved that much like rowing, yoga balances a beautiful and graceful flow with power and intensity.  Through grad school and life in this busy world, Meghan has found that a steady yoga practice provides much needed balance, grounding, and perspective and she seeks to bring those same qualities to her students. Meghan hopes to help her students find strength and focus in the midst of intensity, something she strives for both on and off the mat.
