Nancy discovered yoga while in search of supportive tools for patients with cardiac and pulmonary chronic conditions. As a clinical exercise physiologist, she felt that patients could benefit from a practice that could bridge the gap where traditional medicine leaves off and everyday life begins. The holistic practice of yoga provided unmatched opportunities to emerge empowered and supported through the essential components of asana and focused breathwork—a truly healing practice. Captivated by the transformative power of yoga, Nancy first completed a restorative teacher training followed by a 200-hour teacher training.

Nancy believes that the lessons we learn on the mat help navigate everyday life with grace and restores balance in our being. She hopes to facilitate a lifestyle practice that is not just confined to the edges of the yoga mat. Off the mat, Nancy is a respiratory therapist, health-science teacher, wife, mom of three and two beagles.
