For Robin, yoga is a way of life. She sees each moment of each day as an opportunity to practice the many shapes of yoga whether physical, spiritual or otherwise. Discovering yoga when she moved to Los Angeles in 1992 and trained by true masters of the practice, Robin combines a variety of yoga styles, meditation and restorative therapies. Her class is taught in classic Ashtanga flow style with emphasis on precise physical alignment and direction of energy. She will both challenge and inspire you to begin, develop and refine any yoga practice. A compassionate and inspirational teacher with more than 20 years of holistic health and yoga teaching experience, Robin believes that the true source of boundless energy, love and freedom is within all of us waiting to be discovered through the practice of yoga.
