Marina can't name an area in her life which yoga hasn’t helped. She even met her husband in a yoga studio! She interacts with her students wherever they are at that moment, offering her experience in spiritual traditions – which originate from ancient India, China, and Mexico. In her classes, she likes to combine three components, which she believes are important for anyone interested in a healthy lifestyle and spiritual development: meditations from different traditions around the world, techniques for transformation of negative emotions into positive energy, and posture practice focused on correct alignment of the body. Marina is a certified (200-RYT) yoga teacher, meditation instructor, Universal Healing Tao instructor and Chi Nei Tsang practitioner.
