Meg McMenamin


For Meg, yoga is a spiritual experience that connects her to the Divine within. Meg danced professionally for a number of years and took a few yoga classes here and there. It wasn’t until about four years ago, when a friend dragged her to a Restorative Yoga class with Gisele Mogan, that she experienced the transformative power of this healing practice. Restorative Yoga gave Meg the tools to seek well-being, which she hopes to share with her students. Meg uses relaxation techniques, meditation and mudras, along with soothing music and hand on energy healing, to help calm the nervous system. Meg is trained in Restorative Yoga with Gisele Mogan, as well as Vinyasa and Reiki. She believes that, “ that self-love and acceptance is where it all starts,” and hopes to be a conduit for subtle yet powerful shifts within.
