Sachinta started yoga as an exercise to relieve soreness and muscle ache in her body but quickly found there was more to it. She also realized this was something she wanted to be able to share with others. Sachinta connects to the joy and content it gives her body and mind at the end of each class.
Sachinta received her 200 hour yoga teacher training from the Grace of Yoga school in New Jersey. She is certified in Restore with Yoga modules 1 and 2 as well as yoga nidra. She finds both restorative and yoga nidra useful tools to introduce meditation and as a way for students to relax after an active yoga class.
Coming from a corporate background of 14 years, Sachinta truly appreciates and understands the need for self love and is keen to share her passion for yoga with her clients. A travel and history buff, Sachinta takes every opportunity to see and experience something new, be it nature, museums, exhibitions, or performances.
Sachinta lives with her husband in Princeton, NJ.A
