Arriving at the Studio
When you arrive for class, please stop at front desk to check-in even if you are a member.
Arrive 10 minutes before class time to give yourself time to set up you mat, get acclimated and connect with others. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early.
Pre-registering for Classes
We encourage you to pre-register for your classes. It makes check-in move more smoothly and helps you create a commitment to your practice. Pre-registration is not required. If you are pre-registered for a class or event that fills to capacity, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins . If you arrive less than 5 minutes before, we will release your spot to a client on the wait list. If the class is full after you arrive, we can refund your class fee if your spot has been taken by another client. There are not refunds for no shows for events and classes that fill to capacity.
We understand that sometimes you may run late. There is nothing worse than stressing to relax. In order to maintain a peaceful studio experience, we cannot accept students more than 5 minutes after the class begins. Please breathe and know that there is another class on the schedule soon.
We understand that sometimes you need to be available for emergencies. If you must bring a phone into the studio, please make sure that it is silenced and vibration is OFF. If you need to text or receive a call, please step out of the studio space including the time even if its before or after class. Thank you for your understanding.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable exercise clothing. If you are taking a Hot class, bring a towel. Yoga is meant to be practiced with bare feet. Please remove socks before practice begins.
We recommend that all students bring a mat to class. We have a limited number of complimentary mats available. Please be sure to clean the mat after you use it with our mat cleaner located in each room.
If you must cancel a workshop and do so 72 hours before the event, we will provide a refund or studio credit. With less than 72 hours notice, we will provide studio credit only if we can fill your spot on the roster. There is no refunds or credit for no-shows.
