As an athlete with a background in personal training, Susan originally came to yoga for cross training in hopes of opening up her chronically tight muscles. She quickly learned that her soul was opening in addition to her muscles, and she was immediately hooked. As much as yoga transformed her body, it has also shifted the way Susan views the world and her place in it. She believes yoga has given her the gifts of deeper patience, mental stillness and clarity, and a more generous heart; gifts she uses daily in her roles as wife, mother, friend, personal trainer and yoga instructor. Susan also has a heart of giving. She assists her husband in managing his foundation, The Panzica Family Foundation, which supports children and families throughout New Jersey.
Susan brings her generous spirit as well as her laughter, humor and sense of playfulness to her Slow Flow classes where students can expect to be met where they are, and leave feeling full of joy, peace and accomplishment. Her classes are accessible to all levels, including power yogis who may want to experience the exquisite sense of release of a Slow Flow class.
